Track I: Human Resource Management (12 Credits)Clearly a need exists for the development of professional competencies and skills in human resource management that deal with management issues that arise or relate to the people-side of the organization. The program provides opportunities to develop skills and a knowledge base necessary to exert effective leadership in the management of human resources in a variety of organizational settings including corporations; health and health-related facilities; local, regional, and state governments; and other complex organizations.
