Photos on Stage

Professional shots (candid and individual) taken by Earl and Sedor will be available via their website: www.earlandsedor.com, following commencement. Notification will be posted on this page when the photos are available for online viewing.

Family and friends are welcome to take photos and video while the graduates are receiving their degrees. It is very important, however, to use the designated photo area to the left of the stage only. Ushers will direct guests there.

Because we can not accommodate all guests in limited aisle space and for obvious safety reasons, guests can not stand in the aisles to take photographs. We know how important this day is to you and your family, but please be courteous and follow the direction of our ushers.

A professional photographer, Earl and Sedor Photography, will take a picture of each individual as they cross the stage and receive their diploma. Each graduate will receive a postcard in the mail in the weeks after Commencement directing him/her to a web site www.earlandsedor.com to view their photo from a gallery of proofs. If you like the image, you can choose to order it at that time.

Please read the following tips for making your graduation photos better.

TIP # 1 Don't run across the stage. Take your time since you worked hard for this moment.

TIP # 2 Stand tall and don't lead with your head and upper body.

TIP # 3 Keep eye contact with the president. Don't look at the floor

or the camera.

TIP # 4 Pause for just a second while shaking the president's hand.

Again, don't rush it.

TIP # 5 Place your tassel on the backstage side as you approach the

stage.This way we will have a clear shot of your face.
