Townhouse Complex

Constructed on the south side of campus during the summers of 1989 and 1990, the eighteen individual townhouses make up the complex. Each townhouse has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a common living room, and a full kitchen. Typically, each house holds six upper class students.

Each townhouse is equipped with closet space, beds, desks, dressers, chairs, and more.  Cable and internet access are available in each townhouse.

Behind each townhouse is a small patio area. The complex has central air conditioning and a full laundry facility.
