Online Non-credit Courses

Between family and work responsibilities, you may believe it is difficult, if not impossible, to find time to take classes that would help you reach your goal. Guess again – MU now provides adult learners with the opportunity to attend classes without leaving their home or office. 

The Center for Adult and Continuing Education offers hundreds of affordable, high quality, non-credit online courses in a variety of topics relevant to your personal and professional life. To participate in online study, you’ll need a computer with Internet access and an email address. Some programs if noted, may require specific program software if noted. Experience the latest educational technology using interactive, richly illustrated Web-friendly versions of your lessons, quizzes, and assignments. You’ll be able to complete all course work, view progress reports, and interact with the instructor and other students using nothing more than your computer and a Web browser.

Program lengths vary with multiple start and stop times. Courses are project-oriented and include lessons, quizzes, hands-on assignments, discussion areas, supplementary links, and more. You can complete any of these courses entirely from your home or office and at any time of the day or night.
