Misericordia University recently recognized the academic and service accomplishments of Sarah Munley of Sussex, N.J, by awarding her the Theresa and Frank J. Mehm Prize during at the annual Honors and Awards Ceremony in Lemmond Theater in Walsh Hall on campus.

Munley graduated cum laude May 18th with a Bachelor of Science degree in elementary education at Misericordia University’s 87th annual Commencement ceremony at the Anderson Sports and Health Center on campus. The Mehm Prize is given annually to the student who most nearly represents the ideal Misericordia University man or woman with respect to courage, intellectual vigor and participation in on-campus and off-campus activities that contribute to the advancement of the University. The honoree is selected by a vote of the chief academic and student service officers.
