It is the policy of Misericordia University to provide reasonable parking accommodations for the benefit and convenience of its employees, students and visitors.
Employees, students and visitors who use the University parking lots do so at their own risk. The University assumes no responsibility for any damage to, or theft of, any vehicle or personal property left in the vehicle while on the parking lot.
It is the responsibility of the employees, students and visitors to follow the established rules & regulations, printed, posted and spoken. In addition, parking lots are considered part of the University premises, therefore, all University policies and rules apply to employees, students and visitors and their vehicles while on the lot.
Parking rules & regulations are administered under the Campus Safety Department.
The Campus Safety Department will ensure the fair & consistent enforcement of the policy.
