Department of Physics presents Rockensies Award|
Misericordia University recently recognized the academic accomplishments in physics of graduating students Bryant Barnhart of Apalachin, N.Y., Amelia Poplawski of Wilkes-Barre, Pa., and Ryan Swartwood of Oakland Mills, Pa., by presenting them each with prestigious academic awards at the annual Honors and Awards Ceremony in Lemmond Theater in Walsh Hall.
They received the Professor Kenneth J. Rockensies Award that is presented to mathematical or natural sciences graduates in recognition of outstanding achievement. The students graduated at the 88th annual Commencement ceremony at Misericordia University on May 17.
